Day 14.363: Potato cake?

I had a very nice birthday today - including a lovely dinner that ended with my birthday cake - or five Holy Donuts as the case may be - when you've lived in Maine for more than seven years you have to make your birthday cake out of Maine potatoes - at least I assume that's the rule.
