Although the Parade of Lights was canceled yesterday, one our town’s other traditions, the Festival of Trees was in full swing in our little museum. We made our usual trip to walk around and vote for our favorite.
Some trees were cute, some were homespun, some were positively extravagant but the ones we appreciated the most kept to a simple theme or color scheme. I plumped for one with unusual pink decorations but Exile #3 was taken by, of all things, a cow-themed tree, with black and white spotted ribbon trimming and ornaments featuring drawings of cows in Santa hats - Mooey Christmas!
