Day 16.077: V E day?
We went out for a little walk this evening in the twilight. We first heard and then saw geese - well over a hundred in a few V formations. Surprisingly they were all heading east - there’s not much in that direction except the bay so it wasn’t the obvious direction but it was clearly the order of the day.

Do they spend the night in the bay for safety?
ReplyDeleteYes that's quite possible. It was quite late (darker than the photo makes it seem) and they were quite low, so they probably were not going terribly far
