Once again, COVID has come to call, so we spent a quiet day at home. I tried to get on top of the weeds for a while before it got too hot, and watched a bit of the Tour de France while pottering about on other tasks. Exile #1 spent some hours on the labor of love that is the dance recital DVD he is creating. In between times, we ran up and down the stairs, supplying our quarantined one with food, lozenges and copious amounts of water. She has a terrible sounding cough right now but is in good spirits.
We discovered yesterday that her Bluetooth headphones can accidentally pair with our new record player, so we provided some socially-distanced musical education in the way of Duran Duran and Suzanne Vega. She didn’t seem to mind. I’m not sure she’d be so pleased if we chose to send AC/DC her way though…
