Whoa, that's truly curious! It looks like a macro patterned media or DRAM test wafer, but what I really want to know is why you don't shovel your deck like the rest of us have to!!! :-)
I have shoveled it this year - when it seemed like the weight of snow had become significant - but I figured (correctly) that this lot would melt without too much effect on anything.
