Exile #1 got up bright and early this morning, so that he could go and run 10 cold and blustery miles in the Cape Elizabeth Midwinter Classic. I’m sure he’ll have a race report for you at some point but he seemed fairly happy with how it went. This afternoon, Exile #4 met up with her youth group to count up items and money raised for the annual “souper bowl” food drive.
While she was doing that, Exile #1 and I made another attempt to go for a walk having failed fairly disastrously last weekend (thanks for all the well wishes)! It wasn’t a terribly strenuous walk, but it felt like a relief to be able to complete it. After that exertion, we are joining much of the rest of New England in watching the Super Bowl. I quite enjoy it these days, and E5N1 is developing quite an interest, but I have to admit to being a little more excited about yesterday’s rugby!
