Day 7.152: A double-digit birthday in two parts

We all got up pretty early this morning, so that Exile #4 could open her 10th birthday presents before Exile #3 had to leave for her school bus (at 6:40 am).

It was a fun time.

When I got home from work, Exile #2 was out taking E5N1 to a swimming lesson and soon afterwards I took Exile #4 out for her karate lesson. It was about 7 pm before we could all be together again for the other important birthday ritual:

So, it took all day, but we celebrated well.
