Strange shenanigans seem to happen around our way when there has been a fall of snow. Once we saw someone on skis being towed by a car. So, when we heard erratic engine noises outside last night, we thought we’d better investigate. Someone - OK, a teenage boy- was taking pleasure in accelerating and decelerating in order to make their car slide all over the place. Inevitably this ended up with them embedded in a snow bank. Unperturbed they reversed, causing their bumper to detach from the car. Still unperturbed, they got out, chucked said bumper into the car and drove off. We can only imagine the explanations that had to take place once they got home but in more ways than one, they left quite an impression.
In other news, today we put into action one of Exile #1’s birthday presents, a new expansion of one of our favorite board games.
