The day we built him, the temperatures were above freezing - great for packing snow, not so great for snowman longevity:

This is the current state - in danger of losing his head and definitely too icy for any more repairs:
It is bitterly cold tonight, so he'll probably not change much - except for a little weight loss via sublimation. I'll probably give another update when there's something to report.
