Day 16.175: Rain

There has been a lot of rain recently - and this long holiday weekend has been no exception. We did well to get out for a hike on Saturday morning and another walk yesterday (more on that later). There has also been a certain amount of this:

It finally stopped raining this afternoon, so I grilled some burgers for a patriotic dinner:

I rarely use the grill without trying to give whatever I'm cooking (even burgers) a quick burst of sweet smoke.
