Well, if it was in my office, it would be an extremely long linear LED fixture circuit board, as none of our PCBs are longer than 4 feet (I only see 2 feet in the mystery photo...). Does that thing end up inside a tank somewhere?
No - we do use LEDs and PCBs and put long things in tanks, but this is none of those things!
