After three whole nights in a row of being out (unheard of, for me at least!), and an extended morning at church, I was ready for a rest this afternoon.
I did enjoy the ride home, however, as we are now in the season where Christmas trees begin to fight with Thanksgiving decorations. Our next door neighbors are still firmly flying the Turkey flag (for the Brits out there, it is an actual flag with a Turkey on it!) but others are not hanging around for Thanksgiving to be over before decorating for Christmas. We’ll probably join in the fun and drag our tree out next weekend. In the meantime Happy Thanksgiving!
