Day 10.172: Driving to Vacationland

We had a lovely morning outing. The first part was to Fuller Gardens about an hour south of here in New Hampshire - more about that will have to wait until I've had chance to go through my photos.

Afterwards, we had a brief visit to the nearby Great Bay Discover Center, where we saw the Great Bay itself, a great blue heron, a confusing item that seemed to be marked "N(orth), 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8" and a marvelous flowering plant with a mixture of pink and yellow flowers.

After we left, we had to join the slow parade of traffic making its way into Maine for vacation - a rather less enjoyable activity.
