Day 14.048: Snow coming and going

After a week with some pretty warm temperatures, the snow pack on the ground had held-up pretty well. However, although today started like this:

as had been forecast, later  the snow turned to rain and I suspect that will have made a lot bigger dent in the snow on the ground than the warm temperatures did.
