At times, it was hard to get him to stop looking at photos of nature-based sculptures and actually write a few sentences, but in the end he produced the required poster-board presentation.
He also had to dress up as his chosen subject to present his project:
And now. with much relief from the kids, we've made it to their Spring Break, with no school for the next ten days.
