Day 8.210: Flambé!

My sister and family arrived safely around dinner time today and although I spared them from being photographed in their long-traveled state, I did get a picture of the dinner I cooked for us all.

I intentionally caught a dramatic moment - it was actually quite well under control and came out just fine!
