Day 8.266: Bradbury Mountain

It was the first non-school and work day since their arrival, so we were able to spend some quality time with my parents today.

We hiked at Bradbury Mountain State Park near Freeport which looked like this:

Beautiful views after a fairly easy and short hike in the woods on mixed-use trails (we saw some bikes and a group of horses).

The rest of the day involved a visit to L.L.Bean to make sure Exile #3 has a functional coat for the winter, some eating and drinking and a game of Tokaido.
