It is 8:30pm. We just went for a walk, and I am melting! It has been hot, hot, hot this weekend and the heat is set to continue until at least Wednesday. E5N1 was fortunate to spend the day yesterday with his friend at their family camp on a nearby pond. They swam and boated and had a great time.
Today, Exile #4 was the one having an adventure but it was a little less refreshing. It was High School graduation this afternoon and the Chamber Singers were booked to sing at the end of the ceremony. Therefore, Exile #4 had to sit for a couple of hours in the full sun of the stadium bleachers until it was time for the choir to do its thing. At least it was a glimpse of what is to come, and they still managed to look pretty cool despite the heat!
