Day 14.277: High to peak?

According to the official Maine foliage report, our area is in a "High" foliage state right now, with a wide band through the state in "Peak" and the northernmost parts already past peak.

I suspect my tastes run more to this earlier mix of greens yellows and reds anyway. It was enough to make me pull over on my way home and take this today:

We've got a busy weekend ahead, but hopefully we'll find time to see some of the colors of autumn at some point.
