Day 11.300: High water, perhaps a wave?

Our Saturday afternoon walk in the end of the rain and the start of the wild winds also revealed some high waters in the river (and some excitement at the falls in the mill):

It rained again all day today so I imagine it may still look like this. It has been a work, school and food pantry shift day in our house but also election day. At the time of writing it's not clear which way that is going and I am going to vote for sleep and finding out the results tomorrow.
