Day 15.360: Precipitation; mixed

The forecast today was for some mixed precipitation- a bit of ice followed by some rain. Intermittently there was a call for a little snow this evening. E5N1 was hoping a morning coating of slow might affect his need to be up for school. 

In the end, we woke to plain rain and no indication it had ever been anything else. Early this afternoon however, I took this photo of a little ice on the trees outside our office building. 

Later, as I left there was a coating on the car and the same with the bins as I took them down ready for tomorrow morning’s trash collection. I suppose the success of the forecast was mixed.
