We have had the Saco Parade of Lights on our week-planning calendar this week. Unfortunately, someone pointed out that the handwriting made it look like "Puddle of Lights" and we spent several mealtimes joking about how we'd be standing on Main Street watching the puddle go by etc..
Well, we may have jinxed it, because it was a rather wet evening.
We had a nice time though - we sheltered from the rain until it was time for the parade and then moved out to watch the float-riders and dedicated walk-beside candy-givers and - yes - saw the whole puddle go by.
