Day 11.214: Kearsarge North

We hiked up the steep trail to the summit of Kearsarge North. The hike is out and back about 3 miles each way with an elevation gain of 2500 feet or so. Some of it was easy underfoot, but much of it was either steep or over slippery rocks. We spent a little over 5 hours hiking plus some time at the top to eat some lunch and have a sit down.

Here are some photos - we were in and out of clouds and rain all the way - and there was not much of a view from the top. A few glimpses of views opened up as we were coming down again.
