Fortunately, we did not have the bomb cyclone we were warned might happen. Instead, we had 2 or 3 inches of heavy wet icy slush. It wasn’t the easiest clear up but the sun soon began to help and with a week of sun, and temperatures mostly above freezing, we’re expecting it will disappear pretty quickly. The snow did have its usual effect of making everything look very pretty, however, especially now most people have their Christmas lights up.
