Afterwards, there was some additional rolling and then, as the sunset, they all disappeared again. The job isn't finished, but we must be getting close now - right?

Day 16.265: Paving (the way)
I was home for the second (and final?) round of laying of the new road surface (or paving as the locals call it). It is quite an operation with a dump truck and paver locked in an embrace proceeding along the road with a cloud of workers buzzing around them doing various prep and finish tasks.
