Day 16.362: Counting and snowing
We had - by far - the biggest count of our Project Feederwatch season. Yesterday, the birds seemed to be stocking-up either because of the cold or the approaching storm (or both). More surprisingly, they kept coming in large numbers as the snow fell today. As I suspected, the heated bird bath is more of a draw now that most of the water in the area is frozen, but the feeder saw almost constant visitors too.
