Day 17.005: Early start - for nothing?

My alarm was set for 3:45 am and by around 4, I was setting off for the airport. Everything was on schedule until I got through security and looked at the departure board. I was looking for a 5:40 am flight to Baltimore. 

See it? 

No. Neither did I.

So I checked another screen. 

This one had my flight but suggested that instead of 5:40 am it was now scheduled to depart at 12:33 am. What would that even mean?

At this point, I checked my email for any indication of a minor delay, but finding none, I walked down to the gate where it turned out that my flight was departing on time.
