Day 12.267: Just press 4A!
I had a day off work today - for a mixture of relaxation and chores. One thing checked off our list was our first visit to our nearest Social Security office. On entering the elevator, there are two sets of buttons - one labeled 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. the other labeled 1A, 2A, 3A, 4A etc.
