Day 17.207: Weekend Windows weirdness

On Friday afternoon at 4:04 pm, I unlocked my computer from a lock screen showing the correct time and find the taskbar clock is showing 2:34 pm as it had been for the last hour and a half. A reboot fixed it, but this is weird even by Microsoft Windows standards. 

Did I forget to wind it up?
