Day 9.207: Date night

In some ways, the fact that my business trip came in the week that E5N1 was away at camp was good timing as it made Exile #2's fort-holding a little less taxing. On the other hand, we had thought that, since leaving the girls alone is a bit easier than leaving all three of them, we would manage an evening out or two.

We managed one - this evening - and very nice it was too. A walk on the beach followed by a drink at the brew-pub while the girls watched The Martian.

It's good to be home.
