Although we are getting ready to celebrate our 10 year anniversary in the US, today we had another occasion to mark - Exile #1's birthday! It was a fairly busy day, but we did manage to fit in a quick game of Doctor Who Trivial Pursuit before we dashed out of the house, as well as a bit of present opening.
It's getting more fun each year as the young Exiles come up with quirky ways to celebrate. E5N1 had drawn a card telling Exile #1 that he is awesome sauce, to accompany a selection of hot sauces, Exile #3 had painted a watercolor birthday balloon, and Exile #4 presented an extravagantly wrapped gift containing a single badge conveying the following sweet sentiment.
I hasten to add that it is a running joke between them, as was her birthday card.
