Exile #1 seemed to have an excess of nervous energy this morning for some reason. After church, he decided to tackle another section of garden clearing, despite the hot and humid conditions. It was tough work but he and E5N1 made another step towards taming the worst of the weedy patches. Hooray!
This afternoon was, of course, footie time. It was an agonizing watch, and our hearts went out to Rashford and Sancho. Still, at least there isn’t too long to wait for the next opportunity, eh? On another note, I would like to state for the record that my choice of pasta and ice cream for dinner was entirely coincidental and that in no way was I rubbing it in. No, really.
