| As we walked past this wild carrot plant, we saw that each flower group had a Japanese beetle nestled in it. The beetles are invasive and their grubs are plant killers (they eat plant roots) but this was kind-of adorable |

| There was some debate over what the buttonbush flowers resemble. One suggested “stars” another, “viruses” |
