Day 7.360: These things are real

Things I thought were completely fictional ideas until I moved to America (not a complete list):

1. Snow that looks like icing sprinkled on a plastic tree on top of a Christmas cake.
2. Snow that looks like beads of polystyrene blowing around.
3. Freight trains that move so slowly you could safely jump on and off them to get around the country.
4. Houses that can hold together in one piece while getting lifted off the ground.
