He's only come across the Ferengi in the first few seasons of Star Trek: The Next Generation, so he doesn't know this character, but he does bear a resemblance I think:

By the way, my foot has still been bothering me today - but less than yesterday, and to everyone else's relief I've been feeling much more stable about the situation than I was yesterday.
