Day 7.180: Mission accomplished
At some point over the last week or two I decided that I really should swim in the ocean at some point this summer.
Sunday turned out to be the day - although the water was really quite cold and I didn't stay in for long, I did actually swim a few strokes just after the moment my Dad caught below.
